Fit League measures an individual’s fitness improvement across a 10 month season by completing one set course each month which take 28 minutes.

Personal improvement is the focus and season best points are on offer after the first course has been completed.

Fit League offers exercise variety and competitor control by allowing the individual to select their own load for the non bodyweight disciplines.
